Fat's is rooted in Southern comfort and New Orleans soul, serving authentic, feel-good food in the heart of Seattle's Central District. We keep it simple: quality ingredients, big flavors, and a menu built around the classics we love. Think fried chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits, red beans and rice, honey butter chicken biscuit sandwiches, and fried catfish that pays homage to the building's history.

Quality food, quality service. We opened Fat’s back in 2015 with the goal of continuing to be a beacon for culture in the Central District. Number one thing is we want people to feel like they’re at home and want to come back. Everyone is family here.
